Thank you to all our customers who joined us on August 30 to celebrate our grand opening! Hundreds stopped by to check out our new digs. We had food all day from On the Marc and even set up an on demand cotton candy machine for for the kids.
There was lots of mingling and shopping and we were psyched to have gifts with purchase gifts from terez, fctory, flow society and imoga!

Flow Society Model Search @ Groove May 04 2016
On May 18th from 3:30 - 6:30pm, Groove will host an open model search for Flow Society's new tween line of girls sportswear. The photo shoot will take place at the store and those selected will appear in Flow Society's new online look book and in social media.
Models must fit into a size 10, 11 or 12!

The mother of three, Corri Neckritz couldn’t find the kind of clothes she wanted for her children—hip yet tasteful—so relying on her passion for marketing and retail (she worked for several women’s labels in NYC as well as two large banking/financial institutions), she started to sell them herself. “I represented several children’s clothing brands, working out of my house and selling at events, house parties and road shows. As I represented more and more brands, I decided to start buying wholesale. I always wanted to open my own store, filled with the latest trends and must-haves for babies, girls, boys and teens. My business quickly outgrew my house, and Groove was born!”
The first year is always critical. “In the first year, one of the toughest issues I faced was expanding my customer base and scaling up to meet demand. I always had inventory on hand, but now I had to quickly expand the number of lines I carried, and the quantity,” she says.
The growth of her business has come from offering a large selection, popular personalized camp care packages and home deliveries as well as extending the store hours to accommodate her customers’ hectic schedules.
